This is a Service fee (Time) and Paint for painting your sculpt.  
Painting can take anywhere from 14 siting hours to 20+ sitting hours. This varies by the size of doll You have selected.   To create you reborn, paint is added in many.... many.... many.... thin translucent layers to create depth and realism.
Little Squirts Nursery uses high quality NON-Toxic Air Dry paints, sealants and varnishes.  
Your Reborn doll is a work of art, and up to the artist create the reborn doll based on their interpretation of the details you wanted and details you approved.
